Features
1. SR50 is a shunt regulator with variable output. The output voltage can be changed from 5 to 50V DC by a resistor trimmer and deliver current up to 8A. A over current protection is built-in the circuitry to prevent accident short circuit.
2. The module can be connected in series or parallel to provide either higher output voltage range or higher output current or positive and negative voltage supply.
3. Two fast power PNP transistor MJE15031 is used to act as current source and drain, low noise audio transistors 2SA1191 and 2SC2856 complementary pair as differential amplifier. LM431 acts as constant voltage reference for the opamp.
4. A big reservoir capacitor BHC Audiophile 10000uF 63V is used to minimize the voltage ripple after the diode bridge rectifier circuit; WIMA MKS and Nichicon FW capacitors are employed for decoupling capacitors
5. Low noise, non-inductance Dale resistors are adopted for the board.
