We offer two shipping methods for international orders: AIRMAIL and EXPRESS (EMS) shipping. All the shipping can be tracked and is secure. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated by our system when you have entered your shipping country after checking out. Most of the countries are included in our system. Please contact us if your country do not appear in our system. We do business for all country.

Total delivery time = Process time (1-3 business days) + Shipping time (depending on shipping method and country)
We ship order everyday except on Sunday and public holiday according to Hong Kong Statutory holidays.

Airmail:
To Japan, Taiwan, South Korea: 3-5 days
To United States, Canada, Australia: 5-10 days
To most European countries: 7-14 days
Express (EMS):
To Japan, Taiwan, South Korea: 2-5 days
To United States, Canada, Australia: 3-7 days
To most European countries: 5-12 days

All the orders are shipped by Hong Kong Post. To obtain the tracking number, you can either enter the order number to "Order Query Box" of store homepage or request from us by sales@analogmetric.com
To obtain the tracking number directly from us, please provide us either the following information for fast processing:
1. Sales Invoice Number
2. Your full name
3. Your email address
For mail track inquiry by Hong Kong Post, enter the tracking number in the following link:

We accept Paypal, Master, Visa, and AMERICAN EXPRESS card.



Payment by Credit Cards:
To proceed the check out, the webpage will be redirected to Paypal homepage. Without login to the Paypal, you can pay by abovementioned credit cards near the left-bottom portion of the page.
Payment by Direct Bank to Bank Transfer:
You can contact the service from your local bank. Once your order is confirmed, our bank details will be given to you. Or please contact us by sales@analogmetric.com for our bank information. Your order will be dispatched upon payment received. Please note that money wiring incurs a service fee charged by your bank.
Q5. How is the import duties and taxes? Go to top
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they are. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
However, we generally will declare the ordered items as gift with low values.

We guarantee full refund within 7 days upon receipt without used. All vaccum tubes will have warranty of 30 days upon receipt. If the item is lost during shipping as verified by the post tracking or the received item is broken with photo proof, we must send you replacement of it.
